What is a healthy breakfast?

Then there is the only one answer i.e., breakfast that keeps you energized and fresh in a whole day is the healthy breakfast. A healthy breakfast contains all the nutrition values which require for our body for that day.

So do that healthy breakfast. Choose according to your regular habit and your regular recipes. Healthy food like fruits, vegetables, milk, milk products, if you are a non-vegetarian then eggs, fish, chicken.

Breakfast that can help you to weight loss

If you will do a good breakfast like a king in the morning. Your hungriness will reduce for a long time. All nutrition will be absorbed by your body in a whole day.

After that, you can meal a little bit for your lunch and evening breakfast and dinner. This will help you with weight loss.

Fruits like apple, banana which contains lots of fiber so it reduces our hungriness for a long time. This helps us to weight loss.

Sauces, Canned fruit, Snack bars, Cereal food from the market, ketchup, French dressing are not healthy foods to eat. Biscuits, cakes, chocolates, cookies should be also avoided to eat.

Foods that should be eaten in the morning

Eggs – you can eat boiled 2 eggs in the morning. Eggs contain lots of protein and

It is healthy and delicious. You can make various types of recipes with eggs. You can make a bread sandwich using an omelet. You can mix eggs with onion, tomato, capsicum, and some masalas and make a fry of it with bread. You can eat boiled eggs by sprinkling some masalas and salt on the eggs.

Apple – Apple is good to eat in the morning. Apple contains lots of vitamins and fiber. Eat apple by making slices or add some chili flakes for the taste. You can also mix some chat masala to increase the taste. You can drink Apple shake also in the morning.

Nuts and seeds – Mix all nuts and seeds together and eat them with your milk. You can make a powder of it and use it with milk for a drink in the morning.

You can eat also parathas in the morning for a breakfast.

Skipping of breakfast in the morning.

In the morning if you feel really hungry then there is no point to skip breakfast. If you are hungry then eat some nutritional food to get the energy throughout the day.

Sometimes happens that we don’t want to eat in the morning, then do not eat at that time. But by skipping breakfast you cannot lose weight. It will increase your obesity. However, if you will eat daily good breakfast then it will be helpful to you to lose weight.

Few studies say that there is no difference if we eat or skip breakfast in the morning. But if our body feels hungry in the morning, then we have to do breakfast.

Eating healthy food in the morning helps in controlling all the functions of our body. But if we will not eat and do proper breakfast in the morning then it will disorder the functions and organs of our body.

So many researches say that if you eat in the morning helps to balances sugar level and if you will not it breakfast then it will unbalance the sugar levels which leads to increase in Blood pressure. Sometimes we can suffer from headaches and migraines due to avoiding breakfast.

Quick breakfast ideas if you are not hungry.

The easiest way to eat in the morning for breakfast in drink juices or a glass of milk. Buttermilk, milk with nuts, milk with fruits are also good options to do immediate breakfast.

You can add some cereals, hot chocolate, oats into milk to drink it. you can cook also noodles into milk and drink them.

Fruit smoothie-like banana smoothie, apple smoothie, fruit juice like pomegranate juice, apple juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, banana juice, vegetable juice like cucumber, beetroot juice, also taken in breakfast.

You can drink green tea, ginger tea or lemon tea in the morning. Coffee also good to drink in the morning. Coconut water is also good to drink in the morning.

Foods that you can eat everyday.

Fish, Eggs, chicken, milk, buttermilk, paneer, cheese, Greek yogurt.

Juices – Apple juice, Mix fruit juice, milkshake, almond shake, carrot juice, beetroot juice, cucumber juice, banana smoothies, apple smoothies.

Beetroot, Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot, Radish, onion.

Vegetables – Spinach, Fenugreek, Kale, Lettuce, Broccoli, Green beans, Green Onion, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, peas, zucchini, Asparagus, mushrooms, brinjal, ladyfinger, lentils, sprouts, beans.

Nuts – Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Brazil nuts, Pistachios, Peanuts, Cashews, Pine nuts, Pecans, Dry Anjeer, Khajur.
