Breakfast is a very important part of our healthy life.

After you take asleep for 8 to 9 hours, you feel hungry in the morning.

In the morning, try to take a good nutritional breakfast.

Include dry fruits in your breakfast.

Dry fruits are a very good source of vitamins and antioxidants. Include dry fruits which you like as Almonds, Pista’s, Walnuts or black raisins, etc.

Almond is a good source of protein and calcium. Soak 5 to 6 almonds into water or milk the night and eat it in the morning. This is the best way of eating almonds in the morning. It provides more nutritional value to our bodies.

Walnuts are also a good source of nutrients. You can eat 2 to 3 walnuts daily.

Raisins are also a good source of vitamins. It helps in anemia. Helps in enhancing memory. Good for skin. Increases energy. It acts as an antioxidant.

Pista – Pista’s are also good for your health. Improves hoemoglobin. Good for your hair and skin. It helps to boost the immune system. It is good for your nervous system.

You can also use a milkshake of dry fruits to drink. Make a milkshake and enjoy your breakfast instead of eating dry fruits separately.

Sandwich is also a good breakfast. You can make a sandwich using wheat bread with potato, tomato, cucumber, red or yellow capsicum with cheese.

You can make sandwiches using vegetables and dairy items like paneer, tofu, etc.

Fruits – you can eat one fruit for breakfast. Choose fruit like Apple, Orange, Banana, Chickoo, Guava, Dragon, Kiwi. Choose fruit that you can get according to the season.

Apple is good fruit that contains a more nutritional value. As always expert says an apple keeps the doctor away. Apple fruit is also available in all seasons.

Juices – You can make juices of fruits and drink them for breakfast. Juices like orange juice, apple juice, mixed fruit juice, Guava juice, Pineapple juice, etc.

Lentils or Pulses are good sources of Protein. You can include pulses in our breakfast.

Salads – Salad contains all types of vegetables. Vegetable helps to detox our body naturally. You can include salad also in your breakfast.

Parathas – Parathas are made of whole grains like ragi, Bajari, Wheat, etc. You can make stuffed paratha using paneer or potato and also other mixed vegetables like fenugreek, spinach.

Milk – Instead of drinking tea or coffee, use Milk with protein powder or dry fruit powder for drinking.

Dosa – You can eat also dosa or idli in the morning. Make dosa using whole grains.

Eggs – Eggs are a good source of protein. You can be boiled 2 eggs and include them in your breakfast.

Chicken and fish – Chicken and fish are also good nutritional sources. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can include chicken soup, chicken pieces, fish into your breakfast.

Your whole plate of breakfast should be divided into 4 parts.  1 part should be of protein like chicken, fish if you are non-vegetarian. For vegetarians, you can use dry fruits or dairy products like milk, yogurt, cheese, paneer, etc.

Other portions should be whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. If you will eat all whole grains fruits and vegetables with protein sources, it will be your complete breakfast. This breakfast will provide you all the nutritional value which requires for your body for the whole day.  

Most people try to avoid doing breakfast. But breakfast is very important in daily routine. It helps us to keep energized throughout the day. After your 9 hours sleep, then you are eating something and if you will not eat your stomach will empty for a long time. To keep active yourself it is important to do a good breakfast.

Sprouts – You can make sprouts easily at home and use them to eat for breakfast.

Oats – You can eat plain oats with milk in the morning. Also, there are so many recipes for oats. Try it and eat it.

For making sprouts you have to use Lentils like green peas, green lentils, red lentils, black lentils.

You have to soak these types of beans into the water for 7 to 8 hours and then keep them in the packer’s container without water for 5 to 6 hours. Your sprouts will be ready and you can use them to eat directly or slightly fry them with chat masala to make them tasty and eat them.

You have lots of options to make your great breakfast. Choose daily as per your taste. We cannot eat daily same breakfast so make it the variety. Plan according to what you have to eat today and tomorrow.

Breakfast is a very healthy routine plan. If you are not eating breakfast include it in your diet. Eat more protein and carbs with fruits and vegetables. And make your breakfast royal.
