First, we will see how we can make a quick breakfast in the morning. For a quick breakfast, you need to prepare all the ingredients in the nighttime. Eggs are a rich source of protein so we will see how we can make breakfast quickly with eggs.

1 Egg Omelette

Ingredients – 2 Eggs, Coriander, Green Chillies, ½ tsp Garam Masala, Onion slices, Tomato slices Salt for Taste

Preparation – Break 2 eggs into a small jar and mix them well to make a paste. Cut the chilli into 5 parts and add it mix coriander and Garam masala with them. Add Onion slices, tomato slices and mix well. Add salt according to your taste.

Take a pan and put it on the Gas. Make a gas on and add some oil to the pan. Then add the eggs mixture to a Pan and spread it in a round shape. Keep it on medium gas so that Omelette will cook well. When the base is ready then flip the omelette to cook from another side. When it will be cooked well from all sides remove it from the pan and your Omelette is ready to eat.

2 Toast Sandwich

Ingredients – 4 Bread slices, red and yellow capsicum, cucumber, tomato, sauce, cheese, boiled potato, 1 cup coriander, 2-3 garlic, a small piece of ginger, ¼ cup mint, 3 green chillies, chat masala, jeera powder, salt to taste, Tomato sauce etc.

Preparation –

For chutney – Grind coriander, mint, ginger, garlic, chillies, chat masala, jeera powder, salt together. Your chutney is ready.

On 2 pieces of bread, spread green chutney and sauce. Then add slices of cucumber, tomato, capsicum, and smashes potato. Spread some cheese and chilli flakes on bread. Keep 2nd bread on that cheese. Add some coriander also with the cheese. Toast it with the help of a toaster or keep the pan on gas and heat it on the pan from 2 sides. If a sandwich is toasted remove it from gas. Cut the sandwich into slices and serve it hot.

You can add butter also into your sandwich to make it tastier.

3. Apple milkshake

Ingredients – 1 glass of milk, 1 apple, nuts, sugar or jaggery, 1 tsp honey.

Preparation – Make a slice of apple and nuts. Grind them into the mixer and add sugar or jaggery for a taste. Mix well this mixture. Add this mixture into the glass of milk and mix well. Your milkshake is ready to drink.

Milkshake does not take time. If you have apples and milk, you can also make a milkshake of only apples and sugar with milk. It is a very easy recipe when you are in a hurry and have to do a quick breakfast. You can make a Dry-fruit powder anytime and keep it in a tight bottle. Use it when you require it for your breakfast.

4. Dalia khichdi with Moong Sprout

Ingredients – ½ cup Dalia (Cracked wheat or mix Dalia), Sprouted Moong, 2 to 3 Green Chilli, Coriander, 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste, ¼ tsp turmeric, carrot pieces, salt to taste, Tomato pieces, vegetable oil or Ghee, Cumin seeds and mustard seeds, curry leaves, 1 Onion slices

Preparation – Add some water into Dalia and soak it for half an hour. On a flame of Gas and keep a pan and add some vegetable oil or Ghee. Add a few cumin and mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add onion slices and wait until it turns pink. Stir well and add Ginger-Garlic paste with tomato, carrot pieces and green chill with sprouted moong. Mix well and keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes.

Then add your Dalia and water for cooking. Add salt according to your taste. Put the lid on a pan and kept it for 15minutes. Check Dalia is cooked well or not with the help of a spoon. Your Dalia will be ready. Serve it in a dish. Add some coriander and Ghee for decoration.

You can make also plain Dalia Khichdi without using Sprouted moong. Instead of that, you can add some Moong dal or you can make it without Moong Dal.

You can add some cheese after cooking Khichdi. It will increase your taste more. You can add also Paneer into khichdi instead of other ingredients. The use of Garam masala is optional in the khichdi. You can add it also according to your taste.

5. Bread Upma

Ingredients – 10 to 12 Bread slices (Make small pieces of bread), 1 chopped onion, Mustard and Cumin seeds, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, cooking oil, Salt to taste.

Preparation – Keep a gas on low flame. Keep a pan and add some oil and add chopped onion. Stir well with the spoon and keep it till the onion colour does not change. After onion becomes pink, add cumin and mustard seeds with turmeric powder, Green Chilli and mix well. Then add bread pieces with salt to taste and stir it well. Keep the gas on a low flame and put the lid on the pan for 5 minutes. Your Bread Upma is ready to eat. Sprinkle some Coriander and Carrot slices for the decoration. You can add tomato slices for your taste.

6. Cheese Garlic bread

Ingredients – 1tsp Ginger garlic paste, Butter, 2 bread slices, Cheese Salt to taste.

Preparation – Spread butter on 1 slice of bread then 1tsp of ginger garlic paste on 1 bread slice with the spoon. Spread it evenly and again spread butter over it. Add salt for a taste.

Add some cheese and keep another slice on it. Toast it for 5 to 10 minutes. Your cheese garlic bread is ready to eat in only 5 to 10 minutes. You can make it without the cheese. You can use also peanut butter instead of regular butter. Add some coriander and chopped onion for your taste.

7. Potato Toast Sandwich

Ingredients – 1 boiled potato, 2 bread slices, butter, garam masala, coriander, salt to taste.

Preparation – Smash the potato and add garam masala according to your taste. Add some salt, coriander. Mix it well. Take a bread slice and add some butter then spread mashed potato. Again, add butter and keep another slice on it. toast this sandwich in a toaster or on a pan for 5 to 10 minutes. You can add cheese for your more taste. Your toast sandwich is ready to serve. You can add green chutney and tomato sauce for more taste.
