Let’s begin with Surya Namskar

Pranamasana

In the beginning, you have to stand straight, feet together on the ground. Keep your hands together on your chest in the Namaskar pose. It gives about a feeling of calm and mindfulness.

Hasta Ultasana

At second namaskar you have to inhale during this pose. You have to lift your hands up over the head. Keep lean your hips forward and arch back. Get the oxygen to the chest and abdomen and to the whole upper body.

Padahastasana

At this point, you have exhaled. Keep chest forward. Slightly Bend your knees and fold in. Due to this asana, hamstrings are extended, and blood flows to the brain. Oxygen travels from the upper body to the lower body.

Ashwa Sanchalanasana

At the 4th namaskar, you have to inhale again. And you have to come up slightly halfway and keep flat back.

It stretches grain muscles and promotes hip flexibility.

Chaturanya Dandasana

Exhale and keep your both feet back in plank position. The back should be straight with shoulders over wrists.

Arms, wrists, upper body, and neck muscles are all strengthened.

Ashtangasana

In that position exhale continuously and keep your knees lower. Chin and chest should be to the floor. Keep hips high and elbows in. Strengthens the arms and shoulders while increasing blood flow to the chest.

Bhujangasana

During this pose, you have to inhale. Strengthen your legs with hips forward. Bend slightly at the waist and lift your chest. Lower back tension is relieved, and the abdomen and chest are expanded.

Adho Mukha Shvanasana

Exhale in this pose. Lift your tailbone. Push back and straighten your back. Slightly bent your knees.

Arms, shoulders, and legs are strengthened, while the calf muscles are stretched. improves the flow of blood to the brain.

Ashwa Sanchalanasana

At this point inhale and keep your feet forward between hands. Slightly bend your knees and fold in. Stretches groin muscles and increases flexibility.

Padahastasana

During this point exhale come up halfway and keep flat back. Blood flows to the brain and prana travels to the lower body as the hamstrings are stretched.

Hasta Uttanasana

Inhale and raise your torso. Extend your arms as much as you can. Keep head up and arch back. Stretches the chest and abdomen, allowing the upper body to receive more oxygen.

Pranamasana

This is the beginning position. Exhale and the same position stands tall and feet together. And hands in namaskar pose. It gives the same benefits as a feeling of calmness and mindfulness.
